Whether you’re short on time or just motivation I will come to you.
You can train from anything from once a week to 5 times a week (for the really dedicated!) depending on your schedule and how much you want to spend.
Obviously the more times you train the quicker you will see and feel results. Many of my clients only see me once or twice a week but, along with the advice I can give them and the motivation to help them do that little bit extra throughout the week, they also see massive improvements to their fitness.
We all have busy and demanding lives so I believe in scheduling around your life, whatever time of day works for you.
Your training plan and one to one sessions are designed especially for you, meaning they are highly productive so you get optimal results from every session
Your plan is constantly monitored and adjusted according to your ever increasing level of fitness therefore avoiding any plateaus in your fitness development
Safe use and guidance of the equipment I carry such as gym balls, medicine balls, weights, Bosu, TRX, weighted bars and heart rate monitors.
Peace of mind, I carry a full First Aid Certificate that is updated regularly.
Nutritional and dietary advice, whether it be to lose or gain weight, increase energy levels or improve sporting performance.
And if you need extra support or advice throughout the week I’m at the end of the phone.
